Our Mission is 3-Fold:

• To facilitate the development of important new medicines and diagnostics by forming productive partnerships between the innovator and developer. By identification, analysis, mitigation, and communication of a project's technical risks, balanced against its strengths, we promote a more realistic/favorable environment for deal-making, successful development, and commercialization.

• To utilize our international experience and network to assist Chinese companies in developing and commercializing their innovative products in foreign markets. We simplify the regulatory process and devise economical and practical strategies/options to meet product registration, out-licensing, or partnering objectives.

• To facilitate achievement of quality compliance of Chinese CROs/CMOs to international standards by leveraging our expertise in quality systems (GLP/GMP/GCP) implementation and evaluation.
